Lift passes for Competitors / Course Assistants and athletes are available through NIPS - prices to be confirmed

Week One: Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd August 2018

Skiers Year 7 & 8

Course Assistants meeting Sunday 3pm at Department of Conservation Centre, Whakapapa Village. Each Team (of 2 or more athletes) must have 1 course assistant present.

Team Managers meeting Sunday 4pm at Department of Conservation Centre, Whakapapa Village (Each team must have a Team Manager - all teams must be represented or they will be removed from the Competition)

Pack Pick Up –

Waimarino Lodge, 9 Waimarino Tokaanu Road, National

Friday 17th August 4pm – 7pm
Saturday 18th August 4pm – 7pm

Sunday 19th August 8am – 2pm
Sunday 19h August at the DOC Information Centre, Whakapapa Village prior to Manager’s Meeting from 2.30pm

Monday - Giant Slalom Ski
Tuesday - Dual Slalom Ski
Wednesday – Skier Cross (optional)
Wednesday - Prizegiving Team Events
Thursday - Weather Day

Course for Year 7 & Year 8 – Girls
Course for Year 7 & Year 8 – Boys

All events will move progressively during the week to ensure the Giant Slalom and Dual Slalom are completed for team results

Prizegiving is planned for Wednesday afternoon at the Plaza, Whakapapa.

Medal winning teams not in attendance must make alternative arrangements for the collection of their medals.

Week Two: Monday 27th  to Thursday 30th August

Skiers Years 1 – 6

Course Assistants meeting Sunday 3pm at Department of Conservation Centre, Whakapapa Village. Each Team (of 2 or more athletes) must have 1 course assistant present.

Team Managers meeting Sunday 4pm at Department of Conservation Centre, Whakapapa Village (all teams must be represented or they will be removed from the Competition)

These course may be combined if numbers predict this.
